I am a dedicated User Experience Designer with a profound passion for crafting beautiful and user-centric digital experiences. With a background rooted in education, I spent the past nine years honing my communication and instructional skills as a teacher. This unique blend of teaching and design has equipped me with the ability to understand user needs deeply and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing solutions.

I have completed my courses through CareerFoundry and really enjoyed them. All the projects I created at CareerFoundry are posted on my homepage. This includes Manufact, RE:Pair, and Stick With It. The most recent app I created was Stick With It. It was a UI project that encouraged me to jump in to the design process and make pixel perfect mockups and some beautiful screens. The app offers multiple workout programs with looped videos showing each move, a community based social network, an achievement system to motivate users, and a workout library to teach users each move.

I currently work as a UX Designer at Central Bank. I started in June of 2021 and I currently work for the web team. My team consists of seven people. We are responsible for designing, maintaining, fixing, and improving five websites for various bank companies across the Midwest. In this role I have conducted user interviews, card sorting tests, user surveys, Userlytics usability tests, participated in design sprints, educational workshops, redesigns of our global navigation, and currently working on tree testing.
